OHio Baked has been inspected and licensed
through the Ohio Department Of Agriculture.
Prior to opening, OH Baked’s proprietor operated
a coffeehouse in PA. Extensive training and study involved PA restaurant licensing valid from 2006 – 2016. A ServSafe course was taken in 2018 to refresh knowledge.

Hi, I’m Marti
OHio Baked has been designed with cleanliness aspects and efficiency of production. The kitchen is set apart from the rest of building to guarantee clean and sanitary conditions during the baking process — as well as throughout the week.
Our soft pretzel, made from scratch with minimal ingredients, a delicious twisted bread design, has been a popular item shipped around the country.
The experience with operating a successful restaurant means we follow stringent guidelines:
Hair pulled back and covered
No long nails or nail polish
No earrings or make-up while baking
A hand sink is readily available
Dishwasher NSF rated with sanitary cycle

Payment must be received first before your order is baked. You can pay online through credit card, debit card, and gift card. We will let you know when the order is ready for pick up.
A standard item produced in Ohio, is the buckeye: a candy formed from peanut butter, confectioner’s sugar and coated with semi-sweet dark chocolate.

We may not able to answer the phone when creating baked goods. However, questions are answered as soon as possible, when there’s time to talk.
